Embracing our neXt strategy staff workshop

JET has embarked on the ‘Embracing our neXt’ strategic review process using spiral dynamics as a framework.

To remain responsive to the fast-changing external environment, JET is undergoing a strategic review process to conclude a new three-year strategy 2025-2027. Our JETsetters were part of a strategic workshop using the JET theory of change as a starting point as it provides a broader systemic perspective of our work model.

The JET ‘Embracing our neXt’ strategic review has unveiled a vibrant tapestry of Spiral Dynamics assessment results, with each colour representing the diverse worldviews and values within our team.

"By understanding the diverse worldviews, we have started gaining a deeper appreciation for the varied strengths that exist within JET and why each perspective is so important. This understanding will only help us to grow as an organisation and achieve greater impact," added Zaahedah Vally, JET Researcher during a fishbowl exercise.

We are privileged to work with Dr Rica Viljoen, a highly respected expert in the area of spiral dynamics, during this process.
