JET's new vision launched on the 25th March 2010.

Following JET's change of leadership and an examination of the organisation's position in the education development sector, JET Education Services has a new strategic focus.To keep pace with the changing education and economic environments, the organisation has undergone a restructuring process. Over the coming years the newly configured Education Development and Education Evaluation and Research Divisions will sharpen the focus of their work in the areas of:
• School improvement
• Education planning
• Communities and youth development
• Education research
• Evaluations and assessments
