Roelien Herholdt

Roelien started her career as a teacher at a school for special needs. She pursued degrees in B.Ed (Junior Primary), B.Ed. Hons in clinical psychology (cognitive psychology) (cum laude), B.Ed. Hon. in Special Needs Educations (cum laude), B.Ed Hons Endossement in School Counselling (cum laude). She registered as a psychometrist in 2003 at HPCSA before pursuing and achieving a First in M.Ed (psychometry and neuroscience of early learning) in 2017; registering as a student psychologist at HPCSA and a Specialist Councillor at SAAC.

Roelien has vast knowledge in research from project management to reporting and stakeholder management. She currently heads the Research and Data Ecosystems Division.
