Level-setting and recognition of learning outcomes: The use of level descriptors in the twenty-first century.

This book presents the findings of UNESCO initiated research to explore the global phenomenon of learning across boundaries, including the proposal that a set of world reference levels be considered to facilitate the international recognition of TVET qualifications. Of particular interest is the use of level descriptors as the means by which the levels of learning are recognised.
