Following the launch of the summary report: New funding flows Innovative finance for education during and after COVID-19, the Bertha Centre, in conjunction with JET Education Services and the Tutuwa Foundation, is running a series of workshops for implementers and funders of education initiatives to get a better understanding of innovative finance and performance based funding mechanisms and how they apply to their organisations.

In light of the concomitant uncertainty amidst the national COVID-19 lockdown, many organisations supporting education have had to halt or change many of their programmes. How can they be supported in continuing to deliver a quality offering in the months ahead? The input will be along three key themes:
· Keep measuring the impact of your organisation's when activities may have changed
· Keep communicating with your stakeholders to retain and even grow relationships
· Keep innovating as you employ adaptive leadership in response to the changing environment
