It is a part of a few programmes that address the specific challenges faced by learners in previously disadvantaged schools and communities. JET aims to equip learners with the skills necessary for success in the 21st century and creating a more equitable learning environment where all learners have access to high-quality education. We're excited to have Freda join our team to help take us into our next phase of growth.
Her particular interests are in using evidence generation and strategic collaboration between partners to drive systemic changes in the education sector that will improve learner outcomes. “I have always admired JET's quality contributions to the education sector and I am excited to join this inspiring team. I look forward to collaborating and building on the results JET has had to date in positively impacting education policy and implementation,” says Freda. She looks forward to continuing to serve our communities through the impact made by JET in the education sector.
