Moloko Mashabathakga is a Development Studies (Hons) graduate with over 8 years of working experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning. She also has a certificate in programme management in monitoring and evaluation from the University of Cape Town. She has worked in several research projects which have instilled in her the culture of hard work and the ability to produce quality work and pay attention to details. She joined JET as an M&E Officer, specialising in data management, monitoring and evaluation, and research. Moloko has also acquired skills in designing data collection tools, collecting and analysing data, data verification, mentoring and support, time management, project management and presenting skills. She is currently studying towards her MA with UNISA.
