Zamokuhle Tresure Manqele, obtained a Bachelor of Social Science degree majoring in Political Studies and Media Studies from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal (UKZN), Howard College Campus, and further obtained a Bachelor of Arts honours degree majoring in Media and Cultural studies. Zamokuhle served as a UKZN Howard College Campus SRC member in 2013-2014, a Campus Residence Liaison Officer (RLO) as well as a Campus President. He is currently a member of the New Germany Lutheran Church Floods relief committee. He joined JET as a research intern in February 2024 working closely with the Research and Data Ecosystem division.
